for the 2019 FERB Student Travel/Tuition Scholarship and Research Grants
DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 20, 2019
The Foundation for Education and Research in Biofeedback and Related Sciences (FERB) is now accepting applications for its student travel/tuition scholarships to the AAPB 50th Annual Scientific Meeting, and annual student research grant awards. The AAPB meeting will be held at the Marriott Tech Center in Denver, Colorado March 13 - 16, 2019. The conference theme is "Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback: Rooted in the Past, Empowering the Future”. Here’s how to apply:
STUDENT TRAVEL AND TUITION SCHOLARSHIP
In 2019 FERB will award travel scholarships in the amount of $300 plus AAPB conference tuition to a limited number of students who present or volunteer at the AAPB meeting in Denver, pending formal application to FERB by the student and verification of meeting participation by AAPB.

STUDENT RESEARCH GRANTS
FERB will also award its annual research grants for student projects in the amount of $1,500. Each student must complete an application form in which they provide details about their proposal (research question, measures, subject recruitment, hypotheses, statistics, etc.). Research support will be limited, based on the quality of the submissions and availability of funds.

PLEASE NOTE: Travel/tuition scholarship award notification will be sent via e-mail by March 1. Distribution of funds will be made by check at the AAPB meeting.
